S.W.A.T ( Sorry, Wala Akong Training) Part 1

This post may seem really, really late but I think I might just start ranting…

I think that the fact that people are saying the entire Filipino population has been shamed is so unnecessary. I personally don’t think that the Filipinos should be ashamed of themselves when in fact it’s the incompetency of the Filipino police force and government that caused the lives of all the innocent people.

If they had acted faster, or actually cared, then we could have spared the lives of all those tourists and the country wouldn’t be suffering the negative consequences of the event. Seriously now, it took them hours to free those people. it’s infuriating and frustrating that they didn’t prioritize these people when they were FOREIGNERS, it should have been considered a priority.News flash: when there are foreigners involved in this situation, their entire country gets involved.

Where was P-Noy during this time anyway. You see pictures of him observing the bus with his hands behind his back set in a dark background. Why did he only go to the scene of  the crime at night? why didn’t he go sooner? this was his chance to rise above all his critics and handle the situation with amazing grace or negotiate eloquently with Mendoza as his father would have done and prove himself as a competent president….And he didn’t.
